This is an assignment that I had to complete in a film class when I was in high school is an example of collaboration/teamwork competencies. In this assignment we had to get into groups and create a short film along with a movie poster to advertise for our short film. Doing this assignment was slightly challenging because everyone in our group had different ideas for the short film and what they wanted to do. We had to learn how to collaborate with each other and try to incorporate everyones ideas into the film. This assignment helped me to grow my teamwork skills and learn how to work together with others even if our views on something was different. I had to learn to accept others opinions and ideas and try to work together to combine my ideas with theirs.
